Our aim is to provide care services & support to people of all ages, enabling them to stay at home for as long as possible.
We encourage each individual to function to his or her full potential & ensure personal choice & independence.
In most cases, your home care package will be subsidised by Social Services, however, some services can be purchased privately.

What Can I Expect?
All our home care workers are checked by the Criminal Records Office. They have all had some basic training but most have their NVQ Level 2. Where ever possible you will have the same care workers but this can change due to the needs of the service. | |  |

Types Of Service
1. Assistance with personnal hygiene needs, showering & bathing.
2. Getting up & going to bed.
3. Toileting needs, emptying commodes, disposal of incontinence materials.
4. Bed making & changing of bed linen.
5. Assisting with meals & regereration of microwave meals.

Bubbles Bathing Service
Details of our private bathing services can be obtained by ringing 07773 760551.
We are also able to provide the use of battery operated bath chairs, rented or tot bye. Details on request.

Quality Assurance
On occasions, you will be asked to complete a quality assurance form; this is used by us to monitor our care workers & the quality of care being provided.
This is also useful for Social Services as feedback from clients, good or bad. | | |
